How international orders are handled, including carriers, custom quotes, and what to expect before your coffee ships. We ship internationally on a limited, case-by-case basis to ensure transparent pricing, reliable delivery, and fewer surprises at customs. Shipping is quoted manually to reflect real carrier costs as accurately as possible, without markup.

Carrier selection depends on destination, parcel weight, and current service availability.
Weight limits & shipping quotes
- International shipping is not fully automated at checkout in all cases
- Orders typically range between 1 lb and 5 lb
- Orders over 5 lb, or certain destinations, may require a custom shipping quote
If a quote is required, we’ll confirm availability and pricing before proceeding.
How to request a shipping quote
International shipping rates vary by country, region, and parcel weight. To give you an accurate, up-to-date quote (not a rough estimate), we need a few key details before confirming availability and pricing; the more accurate, the faster and more precise we can be with your quote.

• Approximate amount of coffee desired
Shipping costs can differ significantly depending on order size (for example, a few 250 g bags vs. 1 or 2 kg formats), so even an estimate helps us quote properly and avoid surprises. We’ll confirm availability and get back to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
International orders follow the same in-house process as domestic orders:
- Coffee is roasted to order
- Orders are packed and labeled in-house
- Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days before carrier pickup
- Tracking details are sent by email once the order leaves our roastery
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines begin after the order is handed off to the carrier and vary by destination.
While many international shipments arrive within a few business days, delays can occur due to customs inspections or local regulations.
These are outside our control, but we’re always happy to assist where possible.
Duties, taxes & customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in shipping rates or quotes.
