When does my order arrive?
Our subscription orders follow our regular shipping schedule. For ex: if you've subscribed to Roaster's Selection on Dec 9th for a monthly subscription, your order will automatically be placed again on Jan 9th. We email you about your upcoming order, and you can also keep track of your orders in your Customer Portal.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free in Canada + USA for Roaster's Selection. RHR Staples subscriptions offers free Canada + USA shipping for subscribers over $59 per order.

How does billing work?
Your credit card will be charged once you place your order, and on the same day with every "subsequent" order. You can update, change your credit card with a few clicks in your Customer Portal.

How easy is it to cancel?
Just a couple of clicks in your Customer Account, no fine print!
