Winning micro roaster of the year has been huge for us. It's so nice to share with the world what we are all about, and share our vision of what we think coffee can be.
The competition is in two folds, we first send a written document describing our work in sustainability, explaining our eductational approach and our involvement in the industry. The finalists are then asked to send samples for review and we WON!
