The crew behind Zamalek Montreal - Jules Leuba, Damarice de Richoufftz and Bashar Odeh - are brewing up craft hibiscus drinks based on traditional Egyptian Karkadeh 🌺. They completely skip the stale corporate formulas to build something real around clean ingredients, cultural roots, and active grassroots solidarity.

THE BLUEPRINT FOR THE BRIGHT BOTANICAL COLD BREW

Use a mason jar, French press, a Toddy or simply your favourite cold brew setup. Here we used the Hario Cafe Press U.

THE V60 / ORIGAMI (FLASH BREW)
Dose: 100 g
Ratio: 4 : 1
Grind: Coarse
Water Temp: Cold water - 1°C to 10°C
⏱ : Total steep time of 12-18 hours
This should yield approximately 300 g of cold brew concentrate.

HOW TO BUILD YOUR DRINK
15 g Randolfo Pacheco cold brew concentrate
120 g Zamalek Sparkling Hibiscus
Ice

POP!
First, fill a glass with ice and then pour in the cold Zamalek Sparkling Hibiscus.

POUR!
Add the cold brew & give it a gentle stir.

REPEAT!
Down it, then do it again! 🥤
