This beautifully syrupy honey processed coffee from Myanmar is such a smooth experience.

The brew reminded us a lot of a sweet vanilla and peach pie with a thick, brown sugar crust.
The mouthfeel and long aftertaste make this coffee a delight.

As an espresso with milk, we suggest a cortado for the perfect balance.

This is a carbonic maceration processed coffee. The cherries are placed in 500L one-way valve fitted fermentation tanks for 48 hours, before being pulped. The coffees are dried on raised beds for 12-15 days.
