Humure Dark - Brew Chart & Impressions
A slightly more developed roast that will please people who don't particularly like acidity, but also don't want a super dark coffee. (for a light version of the same beans, check out the Humure light!)
This coffee tastes like dried fruits (apricots, raisins, prunes) and cooked fruits (pear, apple).
It's velvety, with a very thick mouth feel.
The sweetness is all caramel, with hints of cacao.
