Decaf Colombia - Brew Chart & Impressions
How many times did we say people get it wrong when it comes decaf? Many.
This Colombian decaf is a medium(dark) coffee aimed specifically to excel as an espresso brew, or to suit those who love a stronger tasting filter coffee.
This coffee is balanced and syrupy, with a subtle grape like acidity.
The sweetness is off the charts, think milk chocolate and caramel.
And as we often experienced in medium+ roasts from those EA decaf, there is a slight baking spice aspect to it that gives the coffee depth. It pairs beautifully with milk.
