Baba Budan - Brew Chart & Impressions
Our first coffee from India brings a classic take on a new taste profile.
This coffee is all about sweetness. With pure brown sugar notes, it makes it versatile as both a filter coffee and espresso, and you can add milk without loosing all the taste.
The raisin impressions make it even sweeter.
The coffee as also a lot of depth, thanks to note of brown spices like nutmeg and cinnamon. Yes, we might be all biased, but it reminded us to some nice chai at times.
The coffee also comes alive thanks to some nectarine and apricot notes.
