We so so happy to launch our first coffee ever coffee(s) (see also the honey and natural) from Myanmar.

The Lady Specialty Coffee was created in 2017 by two leading lights of the Myanmar specialty scene, Su Nandar Linn and Thi Ha Gyawalie, to champion and support the women coffee farmers in Ywangan, southern Shan. All of their coffees are produced exclusively by women (from Pa-O and Danu ethnic minority groups).
Starting with 51 farmer partners, The Lady now operates in 7 villages and buys from 400 producers.

The Lady Specialty Coffee is founded on the deep desire to help small-scale families and communities within Ywangan with sustainable farming practices, quality control and fair pay. Su Nandar and Thiha train and support their all-female workforce in every aspect of coffee processing, and pay above average prices to farmers in nearby villages for their coffee cherries. See our transparency report for more info!

This washed coffee from Myanmar is the perfect morning brew for those who like a light roast with a classic profile.

This coffee is sweet and chocolaty. With impressions of cocoa, almonds and cherries, it'll go well black or with milk. You can enjoy this coffee both as an espresso and a filter coffee.

This washed coffee undergo both wet and dry fermentation techniques in sealed tanks before pulping and rinsing. The coffee is then dried on raised beds for 10-12 days.
