Our traditional Holiday Blend is back, and it's merrier than ever ;-) This year, we achieved the perfect Holiday coffee by mixing together two of our staples in the Shoondhisa and Luis Roldan lots with our newest Pink Bourbon Decaf.
This coffee is extremely versatile: it's a good stand alone black coffee (espresso and filter), it makes amazing milky drink (including the Holiday classic eggnog latte) and pairs fantastically with booze.
We always make this coffee a donation project at the same time so that we can raise money and awareness for causes we think deserve more attention. This year, we will donate 6$ per bags sold to True North Aid and the Palestinian Youth Movement.

Sipping on this coffee will instantly transport you to a Christmas Market or even make you believe in Santa again!
This coffee tastes like cinnamon, nutmeg and hot coco. Pretty Christmassy if you ask us ;-) It's also full of rosehip compote and demerara sugar, and the finish is as sweet as those sugar cubes we used to steal from the kitchen cabinet (we can't be the only one who did that!)
This coffee is also designed to pair well with booze (dark rum works particularly well) and eggnog.

Every year, we are excited to launch the Holiday Blend. Not only is it fun to make and always tasty, it's also a chance for us to highlight some social projects that we believe in.
3$ for every bag will go towards True North Aid food program. Food insecurity in remote, Indigenous communities remains several times higher than in more urban areas in Canada. Food insecurity is a common barrier for families to provide healthy meal options. True North Aid is proud to support sustainable food programs across the north, including providing families access to traditional and cultural food.
3$ for every bag will go towards the Palestinian Youth Movement. (Until November 24th, that donation will go towards the Ottawa Parliament Hill March organized by the Montreal Chapter of the PYM) The Palestinian Youth Movement (“PYM”) is a transnational, independent, grassroots movement of young Palestinians in Palestine and in exile worldwide as a result of the ongoing Zionist colonization and occupation of our homeland. Our belonging to Palestine and our aspirations for justice and liberation motivate us to assume an active role as a young generation in our national struggle for the liberation of our homeland and people. Irrespective of our different political, cultural and social backgrounds, we strive to revive a tradition of pluralistic commitment toward our cause to ensure a better future, characterized by freedom and justice on a social and political level, for ourselves and subsequent generations.
