We love washed coffee from Yunnan and Myanmar, and this Nepalese lot feels a lot like this. It feels classic in a way, but with an acidity, sweetness and a booziness that sets them apart from Central American coffees.

The almond and cherry notes are working so great together: mild acidity, nice texture and complexity.
The apricot notes make the coffee subtlety sweet, and the baking spice impressions we had make this coffee quiet round and interesting.

This is the type of coffee you can analyse in depth or chug down while working. Either way a super solid coffee we can't get enough of.
