Sirinya Natural - Brew Chart & Impressions
The natural coffee coming out of the Sirinya project in Thailand are always so unique.
This coffee is very fruit forward. There is a LOT going on fruit wise, so we had to narrow it down, and gooseberry is what stood out for us.
The coffee is very sweet as well, think amber(light) honey.
It is also quite floral, like hibicus.
We prefer to drink this coffee black, but the espresso with a touch of milk are actually quite interesting if you want to mix it up a little.
