Coffees coming out of Honduras are slept on. This is not a well known origin when it comes to Central America, but the coffees are so tasty.
This lot from Benito Sanchez is absolutely gorgeous. The picking and processing was immaculately done, and you can taste the clean profile right of the first sip.

The acidity is beautiful and made us think of blood orange, but you could label this with many other citrus. There also was a slight stone fruit undertone.
The nuttiness is super enjoyable, think pecan, and this coffee is sweet like liquid caramel.

Truly an unpretentious yet delectable cup of coffee we can't get enough of.
